Sababa Market is a new initiative to distribute fresh, never-frozen, kosher, grass fed meat to locations that do not have kosher stores or where it is hard to source quality meat. Sababa is on a mission to bring you the freshest meat at the most competitive prices. The cows were grazing on a pasture just a week ago.  We are working with a Star K certified meat plant from NY that has been in the business for 6 generations. These steaks, roasts and other delicious cuts are served at the Top NYC kosher restaurants.

We are now servicing Memphis, TN with the goal of opening new locations every three months.

Orders are shipped to your local Chabad in styrofoam coolers with gel ice packs. 

It will take up to 2 -3 weeks to fulfill orders to Memphis at this time. We will be working to minimize the fulfillment timeline in the future once there is a regular schedule. As of right now, the plan is to do monthly delivery to Memphis.
